Support for the construction and realization of hotel facilities until their opening. The follow-up of the project includes the following missions :

ACCOMPANIMENT

• To the construction and coordination of all the trades of the operation, by taking care of the respect of the deadlines, the quality and the safety of the building site.

• To the compliant realization of the operation and to the satisfaction of the end customers (all the operational staff of the operation and the customers), in the respect of safety.

• To manage and monitor the smooth running of the construction site on a daily basis until its delivery and opening.

• To the control of the budget and management of the invoices

• To assist with the reception (compilation of documents such as: DIUO, DOE, etc., authorizations, PV, closing of the file)

COORDINATION

FF&E and OS&E (Supplies, Equipment, Specific Products, Software, etc.) integrate the phases of:

• Procurement and negotiation, coordination of all FF&E purchases and OS&E, taking into account operating and maintenance constraints, maintenance and durability.

• Management of FF&E and OS&E deliveries, reception and control of goods on site

• Billing follow-up, creation of the purchasing library (analyze purchase ratios, descriptive and technical sheets, PV...).
